Day 18: Evaluation: What have you learned from Audience Feedback - Print Product

Based upon the audience feedback that I have received for my print product, I believe that the print product is produced well and allows for the theme of the movie to be represented easily.
My print product for the poster is heavily based upon the movie trailer which I have created, this has allowed me to easily relate the two images and create a brand identity.
I first uploaded my feedback to Facebook to allow my friends to comment on the work and help me find ways to improve it, from the results of t he feedback I have garnered that the poster is liked highly in its current state, for this reason I chose to make minimal changes to the poster than what it is in the first draft.

The feedback that I had received on the product stated that I needed to change the Anchorage at the bottom of the poster from the standard Lorem Ipsum. In the final draft of the product I have changed this as to just state the producers, actors and other film roles as to make it more appropriate to the product and original.

To maintain the connection with the film I decided to retain the usage of enigma code through the poster product, I decided to shadow the background and the main actor on the poster. Based upon the drafts that I had completed before this I had decided to remove the Monkey Mask from the background of the image as it was not rated highly and looked "cheap", for this reason I decided to maintain a shadowed background as to create illusion and emphasise the enigma code.
Here is a print screen of a Skype conversation where the initial draft was shown without the usage of the monkey mask in the background.
